How is my products delivered? 
When checking out, choose between the following the delivery options: 
  • Private Parcel Shop (choose location when checking out): 5€ 
  • Private home delivery: 10€
  • Express Home delivery: 15€ 
You get free delivery if you purchase 2 books or more

If you do not live in one of these countries, you are welcome to contact us so we can make a deal for delivery.

How long is the delivery time? 
Once your order has been processed, it should be delivered to you within 1-4 business days depending on which country you live in. 
You can choose "Express delivery" if the product is urgently needed. An additional shipping fee is added to this service. 

Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties? 

Please note that in accordance with the applicable legislation, all prices displayed on the Wiilder aps websites are including VAT. If an order will be shipped to a non-EU country, VAT will be removed at the checkout page or earlier depending on which destination the item will be shipped to. 

If an order is shipped to a non-EU country, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As a customer, you will be responsible for payment of such import charges.

Import charges are normally based on the item’s price, weight, dimensions, and country of origin, as well as any local taxes, duties and fees. However, as charges varies across countries, Wiilder aps advises you to contact your local customs office for further information.  

Missing a package? 

The solution should be in one of the 6 steps below:

1) Verify the delivery address. The delivery address you provided in included in the confirmation email we sent you. 

2) Look for a notice of attempted delivery in your inbox/mailbox.

3) Look around all entrances of your property. Your package might have been hidden by the courier to prevent it against theft or weather damage.

4) Talk to your family, roommates, or neighbors. They might have received the package on your behalf.

5) Contact your local postal carrier. Sometimes the package might appear as delivered when it is still in transit. 

6) Wait 36 hours. If you still haven't received your package 36 hours after the expected delivery date, then you should contact us at [email protected]

How do I return an item? 

You can exercise your right of cancellation, if you return the item in the same condition as when you received it. If you wish to return an item, then please contact us at [email protected]. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in the same condition as when received. Once we receive the goods and approve the return, as quickly as possible we will transfer the purchase amount to your account in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Act § 21 paragraphs 3 and 4. We only refund the credit card, with which you made your purchase. This is to prevent the use of stolen credit cards. Remember to include sort code and account number for any bank transfer. And remember to keep your postal receipt as proof that the product was shipped. Return of goods is at your own expense.
How do I get information about my purchase? 

When you have completed a purchase with Wiilder aps you will receive an email order confirmation. This mail will contain a link to’s terms and conditions, so you can read the terms governing your purchase. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number of your package. We will keep you updated on your order, whenever necessary. You will receive an email, if there are any changes in your purchase or delivery date.
